Skills are reusable instructions and know-how the worker agent draws on while running your automations.
Applied to all jobs
Section titled “Applied to all jobs”Today, skills apply to all of your jobs. A skill you add is available to every automation you run, rather than being scoped to one job.
Open standard
Section titled “Open standard”Skills follow the open Agent Skills standard: a skill is a
folder containing a SKILL.md (its name, description, and instructions) plus any files it needs.
